Built by the Associated Equipment Company for British and Commonwealth forces, the AEC Matador served as the basis for a variety of armed forces vehicles, including this drop side lorry. Many Matadors were repurposed for a variety of civilian roles following WWII, making this kit a versatile addition to wargames and dioramas with a military or post-war theme.
