These three fellas are not having a good time. One is throwing up, one going to the toilet in his helmet and the other scratching his groin profusely.
Annie, what have you made this time?
Well we make lots of miniatures of folk who sabotaged the Nazis, so here are some of the sabotage results! Poisoning was used during WW2 from the civilian level right up to the top. The SOE was nicknamed the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare to reflect how they really did think and act outside of the box.
What better way to sabotage your enemy than to give them a dicky tummy? The SOE even worked with the Norwegian Milorg to poison a whole shipment of sardines headed to a Uboat, with Croton oil. Croton oil.
This idea first formed in my head when watching an interview with Vera Laska as she recounted the old resistance days, and it included laxatives being casually put into Officers coffee's in cafes and wherever else you can imagine.
Why the guy having a go at his groin? Itching powder. Distributed heavily by the SOE, this was put into clothing, washing powder and even condoms. The latter caused an even further morale dip due to panic they had something much more serious happening down there. Yes, plenty of sex workers were (and still are) resistance.
In games you can use them as disruption or wound markers,a little diorama or even get creative and build a scenario/objective into it! Or just get them because, you know, Humiliated Nazis.
The pack consists of three single piece miniatures, cast in high quality pewter. 28mm scale, supplied unpainted.
